Thursday Committed Practice Class resumes on September 7

Thursday Committed Practice Class will be resuming on Thursday September 7, 2017 from 7pm -8:30pm Registration for practioners new to the class is being accepted for fall semester. Please email Armine Alioto armineannalioto@gmail.com Recommendations for acceptance into the Committed Practice class is commitment to daily meditation, at least 3 months meditation experience, some familiarity with Buddhist terms, intention to attend class consistently, willingness to participate in the weekly practice assignments and class discussions. The class will be co-led by Terry Furstenau and Armine Alioto. The theme that we will be exploring together is how to apply the Buddha-Dharma to the practical aspects of our everyday life. We will be reading the book below:

Cost: Committed Practice Groups are offered on a dana (voluntary donation) basis.
