Our Basics of Insight Meditation series provides instruction and direct experience in many of the foundational aspects of insight meditation, including concentration and insight practice, the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, mindfulness in daily life, the three characteristics of existence, and the Brahmaviharas.
The class format includes a brief Dharma talk, meditation instruction, and a 30-minute meditation period, with an optional discussion period following the tea break
