A new Introduction to Meditation class will start February 10th. Led by Terry Furstenau and Armine Alioto, the class will meet for 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 pm. Classes are offered on a dana (donation) basis.
Whether you are beginning a meditation practice or want support for your current practice, this 6-week series may be for you. We will be exploring meditation on the cushion as well as mindfulness in daily life. We will work to strengthen our ability to notice and short circuit painful habitual patterns, even as we develop acceptance for the difficult aspects of our personality.
